I found a recipe for Panda Express Orange Chicken. It was quite intimidating with like 50 ingredients and many hours prep time. Our "Master Chef Jessica" marinated, chopped, chopped some more, breaded and fried this delicious meal. It really tasted EXACTLY like Panda Express. She is quite gifted in the kitchen and I predict one day soon she'll challenge Bobby Flay and WIN Iron Chef!
